- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in partnership with Stanford and MIT research labs
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and create competitive advantage frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Build and lead a 12-person future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems from prototype to production
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants ($5M+)
- Expertise in scenario planning for exponential tech adoption curves
