Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026-2030 roadmap, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop and present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to align tech strategy with market opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Quantify ROI projections for emerging technology investments
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech adoption scenarios
- Experience building innovation ecosystems through partnerships and M&A
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in CS, Engineering, or Business)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
