Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to align future innovations with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
- Author thought leadership pieces on industry disruption trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Aha!, Lucidchart)
