Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year adoption potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation initiatives based on market readiness
- Analyze geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology deployment
- Design scenarios for technology adoption across healthcare, climate, and infrastructure sectors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in long-term technology roadmapping (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Foresight
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Published research or thought leadership on future technology trends
