- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and engineering leads to translate high-level futuristic concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead the creation and management of internal innovation labs to prototype and validate emerging technologies before mass adoption.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technology stacks to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Advise on the hiring of top-tier future-tech talent, identifying skills that will be critical in the 2026 workforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or R&D leadership within a major tech organization.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT) and their evolution towards 2026.
