Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Define and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and safety protocols for all AI deployments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate abstract concepts into concrete product features.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of 7+ years of experience in designing and deploying complex machine learning systems in production.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on novel solutions for unstructured data challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
