Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 deployment
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations and industry publications
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design resilience frameworks for exponential change scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
