As the architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your work will directly shape product development, market positioning, and long-term organizational resilience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on innovation pathways
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation pipeline maturity
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and think tanks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or corporate foresight role
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into business outcomes
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
