Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap by synthesizing emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with C-suite executives to align corporate vision with future market opportunities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our quantum-AI hybrid labs
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor innovation teams in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/robotics focus preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets from Fortune 500 stakeholders
