Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ emerging tech domains quarterly
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present foresight findings to executive board via interactive future-state simulations
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation adoption and market disruption
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or future studies
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling executive narratives
