Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Partner with C-suite to align futuristic initiatives with business objectives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry pioneers
- Anticipate global socio-technical shifts and their market implications
- Drive patent strategy for emerging tech ecosystems
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record predicting and capitalizing on tech trends (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology predictions
