Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and predictive frameworks for industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovators, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend analysis and predictive modeling
