- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience and ethical AI deployment
- Present future-state briefings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Pioneer patentable methodologies for technology adoption curve acceleration
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and probabilistic forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and system dynamics modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technology stacks (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or major industry forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD from APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed products/services launched
