Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and cultural trends to identify high-impact innovation opportunities through 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking and foster organizational agility
- Partner with product development teams to integrate trend insights into next-generation product roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition targets
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure their impact on long-term market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic innovation, market analysis, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercially successful innovation strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
