Responsibilities

- Lead workshops with C-suite to align strategy with emerging tech trends
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Author thought leadership on societal impact of 2026 technological inflection points
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development for future-forward products
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
