Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify potential futures and organizational preparedness
- Partner with engineering teams to translate foresight into technical requirements and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-ready reports and presentations communicating future implications to stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-winning products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems in tech-driven environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
