Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
