- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design human-centered innovation processes for rapid prototyping and validation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven experience translating future scenarios into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy implementation
