Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology adoption across verticals
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks combining predictive analytics and human-centered design
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and global innovation hubs
- Present foresight briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging disruptions
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Publish white papers and keynote at global innovation summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology ethics governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of published foresight methodologies and industry-disrupting patents
- Mastery of foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, System Dynamics Modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience scaling innovation labs in fast-growth tech environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACSF) and Technology Innovation Management
