Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI, bio-integration, and climate resilience technologies
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging fields including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Chair quarterly Future Council summits with global industry leaders
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with $50M+ commercialization potential
- Guide cross-functional R&D teams through agile development of prototypical solutions
- Author thought leadership publications read by 2M+ industry professionals annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Strategic Foresight, Technology Futures, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical knowledge in AI, quantum systems, and biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in top-tier journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF preferred)
