- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cross-functional initiatives in sustainability and digital transformation
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and long-term growth
- Lead thought leadership initiatives at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
