- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026's most pressing challenges
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, horizon scanning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
