Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof products and business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technology applications

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation roles with demonstrated futures forecasting experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, environmental, and economic megatrends
