Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that align with long-term business objectives
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging solutions
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience developing scenario-based strategic plans
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
