Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and societal disruptions to produce 5-10 year strategic foresight reports
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges (e.g., quantum computing integration, neuro-ergonomic interfaces)
- Develop scenario planning frameworks for climate-resilient infrastructure and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into roadmaps for AI ethics, decentralized systems, and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and interactive foresight workshops
- Lead the Future-Ready Certification program to embed foresight methodology across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CFCS)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Portfolio of published trend analyses, scenario planning projects, or technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization platforms
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
