Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for climate resilience and AI ethics
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and investor committees
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable circular economy models
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech ventures with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Deep knowledge of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
