Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies

- Produce executive-grade predictive models and risk assessments for disruptive technologies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops with Fortune 500 clients to align innovation roadmaps with strategic business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging tech paradigms
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and domain experts
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for high-growth industries
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies certification (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist insights or implemented innovation frameworks
- Advanced data visualization and predictive modeling skills (Python/R, Tableau)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption and adaptation strategies
- Global perspective with cross-cultural innovation project experience
