Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-ready business models and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models using AI-driven analytics
- Advolve with academic institutions and think tanks to shape the future discourse
- Drive organizational transformation by embedding foresight capabilities into client operations
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for complex organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or client transformation success stories
