Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, societal, and economic signals to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for high-stakes decision-making
- Produce actionable trend reports and horizon-scanning briefings
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Mentor teams in adaptive thinking and systemic problem-solving
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
