As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop long-term roadmaps. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and investment priorities across emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging trends and disruptors affecting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological convergence and societal impacts
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Advise leadership on risk mitigation and competitive positioning in future markets
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting future business landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or tech scale-ups
