Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Publish annual 'Future Horizons' trend report read by 500K+ professionals
- Advise C-suite executives on technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Curate exclusive Future Forward Summit featuring industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic frameworks implemented by major enterprises
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) required
