Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal shifts impacting our 2026 business landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Architect innovation frameworks for product development teams
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into business strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning techniques
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
