Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for business adaptation in volatile environments
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Lead external trend intelligence networks and thought leadership initiatives
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities for investment allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS)
