Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholders
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at executive level
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
