- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for emerging technology incubation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, custom AI models)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, Delphi)
- Track record of driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
