Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using data-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks for investment decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in tech, finance, or healthcare
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills with proficiency in foresight tools
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (portfolio required)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic positioning
