Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for board-level stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential

- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into prototype roadmaps
- Present future scenarios at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record translating trends into billion-dollar opportunities
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Certification in Futures Studies or related advanced degree required
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
