- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using predictive analytics and expert networks
- Design immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder decision-making
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging market disruptions
- Mentor innovation teams in futures literacy methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, circular economy, and quantum computing
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or trend reports
