Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist networks and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into concrete product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year future scenarios that influenced organizational strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or quantum computing
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in futures studies
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of strategic foresight initiatives
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive analytics platforms
