Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with organizational vision
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Produce annual 'Technology Horizon 2026' industry forecast report
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major media
- Global network of tech innovators and researchers
