Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps for implementing future-forward technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs for prototype development
- Author thought leadership on technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong network in global tech innovation ecosystems
- Prior publications on technological foresight
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
