Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 commercialization targets
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing strategies
- Produce trend analysis reports on quantum computing and nanotechnology
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Present findings at global innovation summits and patent conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative technology development
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling tools
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for disruptive tech
