Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI networks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with market readiness
- Author white papers on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks for 2026 digital ecosystems
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for next-gen human-computer interface prototypes
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit as company thought leader
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Partner with policy think tanks on AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on human-AI symbiosis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on digital transformation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized tech innovations
