- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors with compelling data narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Monitor global tech policy changes and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- PhD in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or equivalent advanced certification
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights
- Published thought leadership in leading industry journals
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for 10-year horizons
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R preferred)
