- Present strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders and government innovation councils
- Author whitepapers on technological singularity mitigation and human augmentation ethics
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi analysis)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and blockchain architecture
- Clearances for DoD/NASA tech partnership programs advantageous
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercially deployed futuristic technologies
