- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce annual technology impact reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism with 5+ years at senior level
- Proven track record predicting tech disruptions (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP or equivalent)
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
