- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight roadmaps identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product innovation pipelines
- Analyze geopolitical and socio-technological factors impacting tech adoption by 2026
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track technology adoption maturity curves
- Author thought leadership publications on technology megatrends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, neurotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
