Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year technology foresight frameworks aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of next-gen technologies
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive tech trends and their societal impacts
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with technology radar frameworks and market simulation tools
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year tech foresight implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
