Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech solutions
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into 2026 product roadmaps
- Represent company at global innovation forums and tech summits
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
