Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and external investors with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning techniques
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futures studies
